# Terms of Service

Guidelines and agreements for patients and visitors of Shilmoon Specialized Hospital.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing services, booking appointments, or registering as a patient at Shilmoon Specialized Hospital, you agree to comply with our clinical protocols, visitor guidelines, and hospital regulations.

## 2. Medical Consultation & Treatment

Our specialists provide clinical advice based on diagnosis and clinical standards. Actual medical outcomes rely on various biological factors. Patients are advised to follow prescribed guidelines carefully.

## 3. Payments & Billing

All consultation, diagnostic, pharmacy, and surgical service charges must be settled prior to or immediately following treatments, as per standard hospital billing procedures. Insurance claims are subject to policy approvals.

## 4. Appointments & Cancellation

While we strive to maintain scheduled specialist timings, medical emergency situations may lead to rescheduling. We request patients to inform us of any cancellations at least 2 hours in advance.

## 5. Visitor Conduct

To maintain a quiet and sterile healing environment, visitors must adhere to designated visiting hours and respect ICU/NICU restrictions, clinical staff guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
