AMBULANCE SERVICE
The Ambulance Service at Shilmoon Specialized Hospital provides emergency medical transportation support to patients in need. Our ambulances are all equipped with the latest support systems and devices needed for the transportation of patients.
The Emergency department, customer care and call centre maintain a high level of synchronization and extend co-ordinated efforts to transport patients to and from the hospital. In case a patient expires during the course of treatment, outmost effort is given to carry the body of the deceased to the desired destinations. In the near future we plan to offer Ambulances with cardiac support to facilitate the transportation of heart patients.

PHARMACY SERVICE
SSH’ in-house pharmacy maintains a rich medicine stock and serves both the in-patients and out-patients. The pharmacy is open 24/7 to cater to the medication needs of our patients.
Our services:
We maintain a safe, efficient system for dispensing medications.
Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems such as drug allergies, food – drug interactions, and drug – drug interactions.
Act as a drug information resource to medical and nursing staff on the selection, dosage, and route of administration of medications.
Work with the medical team to collaboratively monitor each patient’s response to his or her medications

TRAINING FACILITY
We provide in-house training to Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics, EMT’s and nursing students etc to improve the skills set of our team. Courses range from basic life support up to advanced care. Some common courses include MAB, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ECG.
PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE
The Department of Physiotherapy at Shilmoon Specialized Hospital provides physiotherapy services to both inpatients and outpatients. Through a holistic and clinically reasoned approach, we aim to help people of all ages and abilities to optimize mobility and function. Therapy is provided with patient-specific health goals in mind – whether it is to return to independent living, pre-injury status, or a sport or activity of choice. By performing assessments and applying clinical reasoning, individualized treatment plans are drawn up to address individuals’ needs.
Additionally, appropriate education is provided for individuals to understand their conditions. These are done in tandem with other healthcare professionals working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal and holistic care.
